Arrive at the holy city of Lhasa at an altitude of 3,650 meters. The staff will pick you up at the airport/train station and then go to the hotel to check in. There are no attractions scheduled today. Please take adequate rest, avoid strenuous exercise, and drink plenty of warm water to help your body gradually adapt to the plateau environment and prepare for the exciting journey ahead.

Upon arrival, visit Tashilhunpo Monastery, the monastery where the Panchen Lama has been stationed for generations, admire the magnificent Tibetan architecture and the world's largest bronze statue of Jampa Buddha, and gain an in-depth understanding of Tibetan Buddhist culture.

You can stroll through Barkhor Street again or buy Tibetan souvenirs, which will bring the journey to a successful end.
